Two new articles published

LEAP has just published two new scientific articles that are now available online. First one is our first article related to epigenetics in the zebrafish and is the result of Jennifer Dorts work (with the help of Elodie Falisse ane Enora Flamion). We emphasize the effects of environmental stressors during the embryogenesis of this model…

Rivulus genome

The genome of our model species, the mangrove rivulus, has been published in Genome Biology and Evolution by a consortium of scientists including our colleague Ryan Earley (Univeristy of Alabama). This publication will improve our researches in proteomics and epigenetics in this amazing fish. http://gbe.oxfordjournals.org/content/early/2016/06/18/gbe.evw145.abstract Download QR

The African Turquoise Killifish Genome

The African Turquoise Killifish Genome has been published in Cell. The authors reveals genes involved in aging and lifespan. These genes are clustered on the sex chromosome, suggesting that short lifespan might have co-evolved with sex determination. Download QR
