The genome of our model species, the mangrove rivulus, has been published in Genome Biology and Evolution by a consortium of scientists including our colleague Ryan Earley (Univeristy of Alabama). This publication will improve our researches in proteomics and epigenetics in this amazing fish. http://gbe.oxfordjournals.org/content/early/2016/06/18/gbe.evw145.abstract
